Crafted from U.S. grown 100% organic soybeans. Tempeh is a traditional, cultured soy food from Indonesia. It’s easy to digest and is low in saturated fats. Free of cholesterol, tempeh is a good source of B vitamins as well as magnesium, potassium, zinc, manganese and other minerals. Fermented soy products like tempeh, natto and miso are allowed on a low-lectin diet since the fermentation process breaks down the lectins. This is one of the few grain-free brands I have found!
