This Cutlery-Pro Melon Baller scoops perfectly round, uniformly sized balls from melon. Made from 18/8 stainless steel with non-slip handles; sturdy and durable. Dual ends create different sized melon balls (10 and 15-millimeters). This melon baller is what I use to make the beet raisins in the “Braised Lamb with Root Vegetables + Beet Raisins” recipe from my eBook Low Lectin Lunches (+ Dinners, Too!). The beet raisins are slightly cooked before using the melon baller. I tried both the 10mm and 15mm sizes and preferred the larger size for the beet raisins.
