Macadamia Nuts contain beneficial nutrients including thiamin, vitamin B6, manganese, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus. They are great for healthy snacking, in baking, covered in chocolate, added to your DIY nut mixes, or along with your favorite dish. They make a great substitute for cashews in sauces and dressings — and are a key ingredient in my Creamy Chipotle Sauce.
